WWSC Laser sailors successful at Sail Country 2016.

Finn Buckley finished in 3rd place in the Laser 4.7 class on 19 points after six races, only three points behind 1st place prior to a drop. Finn could only drop a 4th place as his worst with the winner able to drop a DNF nine points. In the first two races Finn picked up a 1st and 2nd place. WELL DONE FINN!

In the Laser Standard it was an incredibly close finish for the first three places, only separated by one point both before and after the drop. CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH GREG WILLIAMS IN 1ST AND DAVID BUCKLEY IN 3RD PLACE. WELL DONE TO BOTH! In fact, David was equal 1st with Greg on 12 points prior to the drop, after six races, and one point clear of the eventual 2nd place getter.
